The iPhone 5, iPad 3 and a redesigned MacBook Pro are things that we are supposed to talk about right now. Reason? They are the next-in-line gadgets from Apple. And here we are with some more info about these gadgets.
The iPhone 5 release date rumors began last year. Yes, that was right after iPhone 4, and quite obviously, in the series of 3, 3Gs and 4, we expected an iPhone 5. However, things totally turned the other way and we have iPhone 4S today becoming the top-selling gadget all over the world. Still, it gives us room to debate about iPhone 5 release date.

iPad 3 and Retina Display
Popular iDevice websites like iLounge reported sometime back regarding the iPhone 5. The iPad 3 release date was also mentioned and we have reported on it already. Sources now are pushing it forward with March being set as a probable iPad 3 release time. The design and the retina display have been finalized and the dual LED issue has been sorted out. The thickness of the iPad 3 notwithstanding, it is just going to provide you an awesome display resolution – one that would make gamers and movie-watchers go crazy over their iPads.
iPhone 5 or iPhone 6? Nomenclature Blues!
Comments on certain websites are interesting. Some people say the iPhone 5 should technically be called iPhone 6! and so, all we should be talking about is iPhone 6 release date!! Funny as it sounds, some people are still in the iPhone 5 mindset (which actually is iPhone 4S!).
MacBook Pro or MacBook Air in March
Oh, in another news, the MacBook Pro with a still thinner dimension seems to be in the offing this March. The ultra-thin 15” MacBook might come as the Pro or Air variant in March – which also seems to be the rumored time for the iPad 3. The MacBook Pro should see quite a lot of changes with the recent updates in the OS X Lion, iCloud and more such features.
So here’s a final gist for now:
- iPhone 5 release date rumored to be late summer 2012. Would Apple release an iPhone so soon after the iPhone 4S? Doubtful but possible.
- iPad 3 release date rumored to be March 2012. Very much possible – and we’re very eagerly waiting for it!
